The Door Damper/Barrier Insulation Cover material in this kit fits all car and truck doors, and serves two purposes:

1) The Dynamat Damper strips stop door panel vibration.

2) The aluminum barrier material stops the weeping of moisture between the structure of the door frame and the interior upholstery panel. This material prevents wind, road noise and radiant heat from entering the passenger cabin by creating an insulation barrier.
